Project inquiries

When you send the contact form, we use your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry. EmailJS processes the request to send it to PellTech by email. Please avoid including passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information. You can also contact us directly at contact@pelltech.ca.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, outbound links, and whether a project request was attempted, accepted by the sending service, or failed. These events do not include your name, email, or message. Page URLs sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and fragments. An accepted request does not prove email delivery.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. Declining analytics keeps Google analytics tags from loading. Your choice does not affect access to the website or contact form.

Cookies and your choice

We save your analytics preference in your browser’s local storage under pelltech_cookie_consent. Accepted analytics can set Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_NC219SECDR. Open Cookie Preferences below to change your choice. Withdrawing consent clears the website’s accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop loaded analytics code. Withdrawal does not delete previously collected data.

If your browser blocks local storage, your choice may only apply to the current page. Clearing browser storage resets your preference.

Website delivery and external links

Our hosting and security providers process requests needed to serve and protect the website, which can include your IP address and technical request information. EmailJS and Google may process information outside Canada. The GitHub stars badge is served by Shields.io; loading it sends a request to that service. App Store and GitHub links open services with their own privacy practices.
